BARC Training School offers one year OCES program and two year DGFS program for budding engineering graduates and science post graduates. The candidates who like challenges and has stronger analytical bent of mind can join this program. However, a candidate has to clear necessary tests – written, interview or any other as asked by BARC HRD. The candidates are paid scholarship / stipend for pursuing a particular program at BARC. The program is supported by Department of Atomic Energy – Government of India.
