Bank of Baroda is looking for young and talented minds for imparting 1 year PG Diploma in Banking and Finance course in Baroda Manipal School of Banking. After successful completion of the PG Diploma in the specified time, the candidates would be given job in Bank of Baroda as probationary officers in Junior Management Grade (Scale – I).
Bank of Baroda’s 1 Year PG Diploma in Banking and Finance, a guarantee for PO job
The selection procedure involves an online exam, which is then followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview for the shortlisted candidates. Candidates should be assured that the one year full time Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance conducted by the Baroda Manipal School of Banking is their sure shot guarantee for a prosperous career in Bank of Baroda, provided they successfully complete the PG Diploma in the stipulated time. Starting from the 13th batch (2014-15), the candidates can get their course fee refunded after five years of successful job completion in the bank.
The candidates studying 1 year PG Diploma in Banking and Finance in Baroda Manipal School of Banking will be given Rs, 2500 per month as stipend during the nine month of campus period. They will get Rs 10,000/- per month during the internship period.

It would be worth to mention here that the recruitment drive for Bank of Baroda vacancy 2017 for the PG Diploma course 2017-18 is already over. The detailed advertisements inviting applications for admission in the Baroda Manipal School of Banking (BMSB) were published in leading newspapers and under notification at Bank of Baroda’s official website. Online tests for the same were held on 25 September, 2017. The Group Discussions and Personal Interviews of the shortlisted candidates were conducted after that.
Applications for the next session would be notified subsequently by the bank. This year three batches of students will be educated in Baroda Manipal School of Banking, wherein each batch would comprise of 300 students.
Qualification – Degree from a recognized university in any discipline with minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC, ST and Persons with Disability) OR any other equivalent qualification as recognized by the Central Govt.Eligibility Criteria and other General Information

Candidates can apply online within the specified time limit through the link provided in the careers webpage of Bank of Baroda’s website www.bankofbaroda.com. No other mode of application other than online mode from the bank’s website was accepted this year.
(i) Candidates should scan their photograph and signature as specified in the advertisement notification.
(ii) Keep the details ready for making online payment for the application.
(iii) Candidates should have a valid email id that should remain active during the entire selection exercise. And under no circumstance they should share their email ids with any other person.
(iv) If a candidate doesn’t have a personal email id. He/she should create a new personal email id before applying online.
(v) Candidates should fill in all the details carefully as mentioned in the online application form and duly upload their photograph and signature.
(vi) The application fee for the SC/ST/PWD candidates for session 2014-15 was Rs 100/- and for all other candidates it was Rs600
