Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) New Delhi offers Master of Technology (M.Tech) program on full time as well as part time basis. The purpose behind these programs is to conduct qualitative research in relevant area. At present following M.Tech programs are offered.

Eligibility Criteria
- M. Sc. in Physics/Chemistry (with Mathematics up to at least Bachelor’s level) /Electronics Science/Material Science/Electronic Instrumentation, with not less than 55% marks in aggregate. OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics & Communication/ Computer Engg. / Instrumentation/Computer Science or equivalent, with not less than 65 C.P.I. or 60% marks in the absolute system.
