SSC Exams 2022: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is the premier recruitment and selection agency in the country. It is responsible for the recruitment of government employees for various posts, mainly civil servants and officers in the armed forces. It also conducts examinations for the recruitment of employees in the Indian Postal Service and the Indian Police Service. In addition, it conducts examinations for the recruitment of candidates to the posts of Income Tax Inspectors and Excise Inspectors. It also has a role in the recruitment of candidates for the posts of Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ staff in the Central Government of India.

Once the SSC commences the release of official notification it is understood to start exploring your options in preparation for being a part of the Commission. The syllabus and pattern of examination outlined by the Commission are available on its website for your benefit. The tests are classified as either Group B or C depending upon when you were born, as set forth by SSC in 1975.Â
The tracks follow SSC’s original plan to divide examination into multiple sections: English (General Paper & Comprehension), General Studies, General Intelligence and Aptitude Test (GAT), Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability Test (QA & RA), Learning Skills Test (LST). Candidates who wish to apply for SSC examination 2022 can download the application form from the official website. The registration fee should be paid to their respective accounts in a bank before the last date of registration. The commission publishes an eligibility criteria on its website after declaring it at an interval of six months.
It’s mandatory for all the candidates to register on the SSC official website. Candidates should follow all the steps mentioned and complete the process of filling the form carefully.
The Staff Selection Commission has announced application fees for every exam category. Certain groups are eligible for a lower rate and certain special cases may have their application fee waived entirely.
Application fees for SSC Exam 2022 is adjusted against the application fee of General category candidates. SC/ST, People with Disabilities (PwDs), female and ex-servicemen are eligible to get relief from the application fees at INR 100/- each. No need to carry the bills or cash cards to the exam hall! Candidates can pay fees through POS machines, NEFT/RTGS by quoting Challan Number.
The Staff Selection Commission is yet to prepare a recruitment calendar for 2022 but candidates can rest assured that it will be available next year before the organization releases any other notification for the same.
