The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has rescheduled the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) to July 30. The exam will be conducted online through remote proctoring, and candidates will be allowed to use their own laptop or desktop from home or any other convenient and isolated place.

The eligibility criteria for the exam is that the candidate should have cleared 10+2 (Senior Secondary Examination) conducted by an examining body constituted by law in India. The exam will consist of 4 MCQ based papers, each with 35 questions of 50 marks. Candidates will have to score a minimum of 40 per cent marks in each paper and 50 per cent aggregate of all papers to pass the exam.

There will be no negative marking for the wrong answers. Candidates will be remotely proctored by the control room, and they will be allowed to make changes in the answer key or the option they have chosen at any time before the conclusion of the exam.
