Anurag Makade has bagged an impressive 1.25 Crore salary package from Amazon not being from any IIT, NIT or IIM.
Indian educational institutions have a distinguished reputation for nurturing exceptional individuals, as exemplified by institutions like IITs, IIMs, and NITs, known for their outstanding placement records.
Anurag Makade, a BTech student at the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Allahabad, has broken norms by securing an extraordinary package of Rs 1.25 crore from Amazon, despite not holding any degree from IITs, IIMs, or NITs.
Prior to securing his coveted position at Amazon, Anurag accumulated valuable experience through a software engineering internship at cure-fit in Bengaluru and an Analyst Internship at American Express in Gurugram.
In September 2022, Anurag embarked on his new journey as a full-time Frontend Engineer at Amazon, based in Dublin, Ireland.
His appointment stands as a testament to the worldwide prospects that talented individuals with exceptional skills can access, irrespective of their educational background.
