Should CBSE announce Exam Results Dates in advance?

It is surprising to see while the CBSE on one hand sets up helplines to relieve the students of the exam result related stress – it has probably failed to visualize the stress which the uncertainty about the declaration of results is causing to the students. A premier national agency like CBSE should have clearly set times about such important events in the larger interest of the student community.
