NCHMCT JEE 2017 Exam Dates

NCHMCT JEE is an all India entrance examination for admission to the 3-Year B.Sc. Hospitality and Hotel Administration programme that is offered jointly by National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT) and Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU).

NCHMCT JEE 2017 will be held on 29 April, 2017.

Here are the important dates related to NCHMCT JEE 2017:

The counselling session begins only after the NCHMCT JEE results are declared.

• Online Registration & Choice filling for 1st & 2nd round of Counseling: 26 May to 13 June,2017 (till 5pm)
• Mock Counseling (Indicative Result) at frequent interval: till 11 June,2017
• Choice Locking:     11 June, 2017 to 13 June, 2017 (till 5pm)
• 1st Round of seat allotment: 16 June,2017
• Remote admission at Admission Centre after 1st round of allotment:  17 to 21 June, 2017 and 23 June, 2017 (till 5pm)
• Vacancy due to non-reporting:     24 June, 2017
• Choice modification for 2nd round of counselling (online): 25 June to 27 June, 2017 (till 5pm)
• 2nd Round of seat allotment: 28 June, 2017
• Remote admission at Admission Centre (Fresh allottees only) after 2nd round of seat allotment:     30 June to 3 July, 2017 (till 5pm)
• Tentative vacancy due to non-reporting: 4 July, 2017
• SPOT (3rd) round of Counseling, Registration, Document verification, Fee deposit , Choice filling & Locking at all Admission Centres: 8 & 9 July, 2017
• SPOT round seat allotment: 10 July, 2017
• Physical reporting at allotted Institutes by all candidates who have been allotted a seat in any rounds for  submission of hostel preferences: 11 – 15 July, 2017
• Hostel allotment centrally and publication of result on the website (Admission closed):  16 July, 2017
• Commencement of B.Sc Hospitality and Hotel Administration classes: 17 July, 2017
