According to a survey report done by QS Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), the cost of living (74%), getting a job (60%) and availability of scholarships (60%) are among the greatest worries of the Indian students living abroad. Indian students also expect the universities to provide information about placements and industry links, teaching staff’s experience and qualifications.
Another survey, that surveyed around 1,10,000 international students from 194 countries and territories in the world, found that students are more interested in studying in UK compared to other countries as UK universities choose a tailored approach to recruiting students from different target markets to sustain the success of the country’s International Education Strategy (IES).
