On Friday, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik issued an order to fill up the vacant posts of teachers in various government high schools in the state.
According to a statement from the Chief Minister’s Office, the Odisha Staff Selection Commission has been instructed by the State Government to start the recruitment process for 7,540 high school teachers.
The statement confirms that all the vacant teaching posts in all 4848 government schools will be filled as soon as these vacancies are filled.
The recruitment for TGT (Arts), TGT (PCM & CBZ), Sanskrit, Hindi, Urdu, Telugu, and Physical Education Teacher posts will be through this recruitment.
Many people have dreamed about becoming a teacher, but only in 2021-22 did more than 13 thousand posts get filled and assigned across various government schools.

Schools are starting to implement newer equipment like computers, internet and more. In addition to this educational overhaul, there are also playgrounds being developed with better play equipment.
