The commission will be helpful in ensuring the timely selection of teachers, better utilization of human resources, and financial discipline, the chief minister stated while reviewing the teacher recruitment process in the state’s educational institutions.

He said, “Uttar Pradesh education selection commission should be given the form of an autonomous corporate body. The commission will establish guidelines for hiring teachers directly into elementary, secondary, or postsecondary institutions. “.

During the previous five and a half years, he claimed, “There hasn’t been any needless interference in the operation of various selection commissions operating in the state.”.

The way that the commissions have operated has been fair and open. On the basis of merit, qualified applicants are chosen. This change in the state directly benefits the youth, the CM continued.

A better action plan for these schools should therefore be prepared and presented while considering the management system’s expectations and requirements, keeping in mind the wider interests of teachers, students, and parents.

The new commission should also organize the primary and upper primary teacher eligibility test. The TET should be held on time, according to the CM.
