In addition, 8,753 examination centres have been set up throughout the state for the exam, including 540 public, 3523 private, and 4690 unaided colleges. Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, has issued strict directives, including the imposition of NSA against those involved in this unfair practice, in order to ensure the conduct of the board examinations, which are scheduled to begin on February 16, is free from cheating and transparent.
Additionally, an FIR will be filed against the center administrators and room monitors who participated in cheating activities.
For the first time, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath instructed the officials in charge of the UP board exams that the District Magistrates would appoint Static Magistrates and Sector Magistrates at each examination centre. After the exam is over, they will need to report to the District Inspector of Schools and the District Magistrate so that daily activities can be observed. However, for the first time, a room separate from the Principal’s room will be created to ensure strict oversight of the exam papers.

Additionally, a CCTV will be installed for round-the-clock monitoring of the copies, which will be stored in a cupboard with a double lock. After being appointed as room inspectors in each district, they will receive rigorous instruction prior to the exam. The district will also serve as a training ground for the sector magistrates, static magistrates, center administrators, and external center administrators. On the other hand, those found interfering with the examination and negatively impacting the system will face strict action under the Gangster Act, and their property will be seized.
CM Yogi has ordered that a separate secure room be built for the protection of the exam papers, with two armed policemen stationed there all the time, monitoring CCTV. Additionally, he has demanded that voice-enabled CCTV, DVR, router devices, and high-speed broadband connections be installed at the examination centres.

Examinees for the UP Board will receive stitched answer sheets for the first time. Because there were complaints about the copy mafia changing copies by removing staples in previous years, the action is intended to stop them from altering the answer sheets of deserving students.Â
Additionally, the students will receive answer sheets with barcodes and monograms on them. To limit the possibility of manipulating answer sheets, measures are being taken. Additionally, using the barcodes on some answer sheets, the Board will randomly check them, tightening the noose around anyone caught copying. The UP Board exams will require more than three crore answer sheets. Model Exam questions for classes 10 and 12.
