GATE Result 2023 to be released today, Steps to check

The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2023) results will be announced by the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT Kanpur) today after 4 PM. Candidates can download the GATE result 2023 from the candidates portal and the GATE scorecard 2023 will be available on March 21 at the official website, gate.iitk.ac.in. GATE 2023 is a qualifying examination for admission to MTech and doctoral programmes offered by the institutes that accept GATE scores.

To download their GATE result 2023, candidates who appeared in the IITK GATE 2023 exam will need to enter their registration ID, email ID, and password into the IIT Kanpur GATE 2023 login. The exam was conducted by the institute on February 4, 5, 12, and 13, 2023 in two shifts for 82 paper combinations. It is worth noting that the IIT GATE result 2023 are often announced a day or two earlier than the scheduled date, as per past trends.

The GATE 2023 scorecard will be valid for three years from the date of the results announcement. The IIT uses a normalization method to convert the raw scores obtained by candidates to GATE scores, which are then used to declare the results. After the results are announced, only GATE-qualified candidates can download their GATE scorecards. Additionally, IIT Kanpur will announce the subject-wise GATE cut-off 2023.
