Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), Mesra, Ranchi, India was established in 1955 as a pioneering institution of technical education and research. - Diploma in Computer Applications, Duration 1.5 years
- Master of Business Administration, Duration 3 year
- Three year Part-time M.B.A
Eligibility
Graduate (10+2+3 system) in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate marks at the graduate level. For part-time course, three years work experience in a reputed firm after graduation is necessary. In case of Diploma in Computer application, the candidate should have a work experience of one year after graduation.
Exam Pattern
Admissions to all courses are made through an All-India Entrance Examination which is held on the last Saturday and Sunday of May every year except for M.E. or M.Pharm courses in which the admissions are on the basis of the GATE Score/Interview.Application
Application for admission must be made on the prescribed form obtainable from the counters of the Institute and its Extension Centres against payment. Admission Notification is released in the month of January every year and is published in all major newspapers. Requests from outstation candidates for the Application Form and prospectus must accompany the prescribed fee in the form of a Bank Draft/IPO drawn in favour of Birla Institute of Technology, payable at Mesra/Ranchi.
