The Kendriya Hindi Sansthan, Agra Honors Hindi scholars who proves their worth towards development of Hindi language. The institute gives awards of Rs. 100 000 in cash, a shawl and copper plate engraved with institute’s emblem to devoted Hindi scholars. The institute also conducts- All India Hindi Essay Competition, and All India Hindi Debate Competition for the promotion of Hindi Language.
Hindi Sevi Samman
The institute started ‘Hindi Sevi Samman’ in 1989. Initially it was offered to 10 people but later the number was extended to 15.
