NCPCR asks NTA to consider postponing JEE Mains Exam 2023
NCPCR has asked National Testing Agency to consider postponing the exam as the dates hinder the CBSE Board Exams 2023 Practical papers. However, as of now, there is no update on the official portal about postponement of date. If any notice is released, direct link to check will be updated here.

JEE Mains 2023 Exam is scheduled to be conducted in January and April 2023. NTA has decided that when the candidates fill up the form, of JEE Main 2023 Session 1 and select ‘Passing year’ as 2021 with ‘School Board’ as Tamil Nadu State Board of School Examination (Sec.), the Result Mode field will be disabled and the associated fields for Marks/CGPA will be invisible for Tamil Nadu State Board candidates who have passed their Class 10 in year 2021.

XAT Admit Card 2023 Live: XAT hall ticket to be released shortly; Know how to download

How to download XAT admit card?

Step 1- Visit the XAT 2023 official website – xatonline.in.

Step 2- Now click the tab “Login” at the top right corner of the XAT 2023 home page.

Step 3- Next, enter the valid XAT login credentials i.e. registered email ID and password.

Step 4- It will redirect you to the dashboard. From there, find and click the XAT admit card download link.

Step 5- Then, the XAT 2023 admit card will automatically download in pdf format.

Step 6- Take a printout of the XAT hall ticket for your future use.

From CAT results to NTA academic calendar, here’s all that happened in the education sector this week.

The Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIM Bangalore) announced the Common Admission Test results were declared on December 21. The exam was conducted on November 27 and the results were declared in record time. 11 candidates secured 100 percentile, out of which 10 were engineers but no female candidates were in that list. In the list of 55 toppers, who scored between 100 to 99.98 percentiles, there are four females and 41 engineers. Around 2.22 lakh students appeared for the exam held this year.

Engineers dominated the exam this year as well. Among the candidates with 100 percentile, two each are from Delhi, Maharashtra and Telangana, and one each from Gujarat, Kerala, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.

CLAT 2023 Results

The Consortium of National Law Universities (Consortium of NLUs) announced the results for CLAT 2023 on December 23. The final answer key was declared on December 22 and exam was held on December 18. Out of 150 questions for CLAT UG, one question was withdrawn. The question was from the Quantitative Techniques section and the question number was 144. Hence, the evaluation for CLAT UG will be out of 149 marks instead of 150 marks. For CLAT PG, there were modifications in three questions—47, 71 and 113. Two students secured a 100 percentile in CLAT UG 2023. Among the UG toppers NLSIU, Bangalore was the most popular choice.

NTA Calendar

The National Testing Agency released the academic calendar for the year 2023. As per the calendar, the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) will be conducted on May 7, 2023. CUET will be held between May 21 and 31. The reserved dates for CUET are June 1 to 7, 2023.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) admit card for December 2022 session today, December 26 (12 AM). The CTET 2022 admit card download direct link has been activated in online mode on the official website at ctet.nic.in. Candidates can also download the CTET admit card 2022 from the below link.

Candidates can download the CTET hall ticket 2022 using their application number and date of birth through the CTET admit card 2022 download link. It must be noted that the CTET 2022 hall ticket must be carried to the exam centre for verification purposes. CBSE is also expected to announce the exam dates soon.

CTET 2022 Admit Card Live Updates – Exam Highlights

CBSE conducted the CTET exam for two papers. The CTET- Paper I will be for those who intend to be a teacher for classes I to V and Paper II will be for intends to be a teacher for classes 6 to 8. Central Board of Secondary Education is expected to release the CBSE class 10, 12 date sheet 2023 on December 26. The CBSE date sheet for classes 10 and 12 will be available online at the CBSE website. Students can view the CBSE class 10 and class 12 timetables for 2023 via cbse.gov.in and cbse.nic.in, respectively. The board will administer the CBSE class 10 and class 12 exams during the current academic year 2022–2023 in a single term. The 2023 CBSE board exam will start on February 15th. The CBSE date sheet for the 2022-23 session includes topic names, CBSE exam dates 2023, exam durations, and crucial instructions for applicants.

The Press Information Bureau (PIB) of the Centre has issued a scam alert on a website that reportedly requests registration fees from CBSE board exam 2023 hopefuls.“A registration fee is being demanded from students on a fake website (https://cbsegovt.com) for appearing in board examinations.

This website is not associated with @cbseindia29,” PIB Fact Check tweeted. Over 34 lakh students have reportedly registered for the CBSE Class 10, and 12 Board Exams 2023. About 18 lakh of these students are in Class 10, while another 16 lakh are in Class 12.

IGNOU Admission 2023: Registration for BEd, PhD, BSc entrance exam ends tomorrow

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will close registrations for the entrance test 2023 for bachelor of education (BEd), doctor of philosophy (PhD) and bachelor of science nursing (BSc) courses tomorrow. Candidates can register on IGNOU’s official website- ignou.ac.in.

The university extended the registration deadline to December 25 from 6 PM on December 20, 2022. Interested applicants are required to have a minimum of 50% marks in their bachelor’s and, or master’s degree in science, social sciences, commerce and humanities. IGNOU will conducted the entrance test 2023 for BEd, PhD, BSc programmes on January 8, 2023.

The university announced the IGNOU December Term End Examination (TEE) practical exam timetable. The practical exams will begin on January 14, 2023 for candidates pursuing master of science (mathematics with application in computer science) (MSCMACS), master of science (information security) and post graduate diploma in information security and practical exams for other courses will also be held as per the schedule published in IGNOU’s official website.

CBSE CTET 2022 updates: Pre-Admit cards OUT check exam dates, city and more

CBSE CTET Exam Dates, Admit Card 2022: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will release the CTET 2022 exam dates and admit cards soon. Board is expected to announce the Central Teacher Eligibility Test or CTET 2022 exam date and release the admit cards for the same on its official website- ctet.nic.in by the end of this month. As per the latest reports, the CBSE is expected to commence CTET 2022 exam in the last week of December.

However, the CBSE has released the CTET 2022 pre-admit cards and candidates can download it from the official website- ctet.nic.in. Candidates can check the date of CTET examination and the city they have been alloted for the CTET 2022 exam from the CTET-pre Admit card.

CTET 2022 Exam

The CTET examination will be conducted in the CBT mode in two shifts: Shift 1 is scheduled to be held from 9:30 AM to 12:00 noon. Meanwhile, Shift 2 will be held between 2:30 PM till 5:00 PM. The exact date and shift of examination will be mentioned on the admit card of the candidate.

CDAC C-CAT 2023 exam date announced; Registration open till January 18

CDAC has started the registration for C-CAT 2023 on the official website- cdac.in. The entrance test will be held on January 28 and 29.

The Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC) has announced the exam dates for C-DAC’s Common Admission Test (C-CAT). The CDAC C-CAT 2023 exam will be held on January 28 and 29. Interested candidates have to apply online at the official website- cdac.in to fill the application form of CDAC C-CAT 2023.

Candidates must apply for the application form for CDAC C-CAT before the last date, January 18. Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria of CDAC C-CAT 2023 before filling out the application form.
