CBSE CTET 2022 Registration: Exam Date is Likely Soon, Check The Exam Pattern

CBSE CTET 2022 registration will begin soon on ctet.nic.in. Information bulletin and date sheet will be available on the same website.

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct CTET 2022 in December. Detailed date sheets, information bulletin, and online registration for the examination are expected soon on the official website.

  • The test will be conducted in 20 languages at test centers across the country. 
  • Central Teacher Eligibility Test or CTET is a national-level exam conducted at two levels. 
  • Paper 1 or the primary stage of CTET is for teaching positions for students of classes 1 to 5 and paper 2 or the elementary stage is for classes 6 to 8. 
  • Both papers are two-and-a-half hours duration.
  • The application fee of CTET is ₹1,000 for one and ₹1,200 for both papers in the case of General and OBC categories. 
  • For SC, ST, and differently-abled candidates, the fee is ₹500 for one and ₹600 for both papers.

CBSE CTET exam pattern

As per last year’s information bulletin, paper 1 of CTET has 5 sections, containing 150 multiple-choice questions for 150 marks:

(i) Child Development and Pedagogy (compulsory): 30 MCQs, 30 marks

(ii) Language I (compulsory): 30 MCQs, 30 marks

(iii) Language II: (compulsory): 30 MCQs, 30 marks

(iv) Mathematics: 30 MCQs, 30 marks

(v) Environmental Studies: 30 MCQs, 30 marks

Total: 150 MCQs, 150 marks

Paper 2 also has 5 sections, with 150 MCQs for 150 marks:

(i) Child Development & Pedagogy(compulsory): 30 MCQs, 30 marks

(ii) Language I (compulsory): 30 MCQs, 30 marks

(iii) Language II (compulsory): 30 MCQs, 30 marks

(iv) Mathematics and Science (for Mathematics and Science teacher): 60 MCQs, 60 marks, or

(v) Social Studies/Social Science (for Social Studies/Social Science teacher): 60 MCQs, 60 marks

*For any other teacher – either (IV) or (V)

Total- 150 MCQs, 150 marks

How to Download UGC NET admit card 2022?

To download the admit card for UGC NET 2022 phase 4 exam, candidates can follow the detailed steps below.

  • Open the NTA UGC NET official website – ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
  • Click the link that reads “Download admit card for UGC NET December 2021 & June 2022 (merged cycle)” on the “Candidates activities” section on the home page.
  • Next, enter the login credentials such as UGC NET application number and date of birth and enter the given security pin on the login page.
  • Click the “sign in” button. After logging in, UGC NET 2022 admit card will appear.
  • Download and take a printout of the UGC NET 2022 hall ticket for verification purposes on exam day.

NTA has conducted phase 3 of the UGC NET 2022 exam on September September 29, 30 & October 1, 2022, successfully. The remaining exams are scheduled to be conducted in an online Computer-based mode on October 8, 10, 11, 12, 13 & 14. NTA will also release the UGC NET admit card 2022 for the rest of the exams soon.

MPBSE Board Exams datesheet 2023: The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) has released the datasheet for high school, higher secondary, and higher secondary (vocational) board exams 2023.

The exam schedule for Diploma in Pre-School Education (DPSE) and physical education training has also been released on the official website – mpbse.nic.in. The examination will begin in mid-February and go on till the end of March. The practical examination will begin on February 13, 2023, and will conclude on March 25, 2023. The theory examination will be conducted between February 15 and March 20.

The official notification said that the date sheet would be released separately for the examinations.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) which has already announced that the 2023 board exams for Classes 10 and 12 will start on February 15, 2023, is yet to announce an update as to when the complete schedule will be announced. The board has released the CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 sample papers along with their associated marking schemes. The CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 sample papers contain the specimen questions that can be asked in the next board exams.

“In the light of lessening of the impact of the Covid pandemic across the globe, the board has decided to conduct 2023 examination from February 15, 2023,” CBSE statement said while issuing the Class 10, 12 CBSE 2022 results.

The cbseacademic.nic.in website is hosting the Class 10 and Class 12 sample papers for the board exams 2023. Along with the CBSE Class 10, 12 sample papers, the board has also issued the marking scheme for all the subjects.

By referring to the CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 sample question papers, a student can also know the format of the exam, topics covered and type of questions that can be asked in the final exam. CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 board exam sample question papers contain question papers from subjects including Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Sanskrit, English, Computer Application and Home Science.

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur will conclude the GATE registration 2023 today, October 4. The GATE 2022 registration link is available at the gate.iitk.ac.in. Candidates willing to appear for the GATE 2023 exam have to fill out and submit the application form at the earliest. However, candidates can fill out the GATE 2023 registration form with a late fee till October 7.

Candidates are suggested to read and adhere to GATE eligibility criteria before filling out the application form. The GATE 2023 registration process consists of initial registration, filling the application form with details, uploading documents, and payment of the registration fee online. The GATE 2023 registration fee for female/SC/ST/PwD candidates for each paper is Rs. 850, while for all the other candidates the fee is Rs. 1700. How do fill GATE application form 2023?

The following steps have to be followed for GATE 2023 registration:

  • Visit the GATE registration official website
  • Complete the GATE registration with the required details.
  • Fill GATE 2023 application form with basic personal and academic details.
  • Upload scanned images of requisite documents as per the specification.
  • Pay the GATE registration fee in online mode.
  • Preview of filled application form for GATE 2023.
  • Submit the GATE registration 2023 and take a printout for future reference.

Earlier, the GATE 2023 registration last date was September 30. IIT Kanpur has extended the application period without a late fee till today. However, the GATE registration last date with the late fee is October 7. Female / SC / ST / PwD candidates can fill out the application form with a late fee of Rs 500 till October 7. While the application fee for all the other candidates with a late fee is Rs 2200.

Khush Sharma, an AITA-ranked under-18 tennis player, proved that he is an all-rounder when he emerged as the school topper in the commerce stream in class 12 as well as scored more than 90 percentile in all the subjects in Common University Entrance Exam (CUET) UG examination.

Khush is a student of Army Public School, Noida and he scored 94.8 per cent marks in his CBSE Class 12th results. His All India Tennis Association (AITA) Rank is 10.

When asked how he managed his studies and tennis practice together, he said that he used to wake up early morning and go for tennis practice at Grow Tennis Academy in the Defence Colony from 7 AM to 2 PM and later in the evening used to study for three to four hours every day for the board exams.

Despite his busy schedule, Khush did not join any coaching classes. “My mother is a Charted Accountant so she helped me with accountancy and the Vice President of my school Rama Srinivasan, who is also a Maths teacher, used to take extra classes for me so that I could cope up with my studies,” he said. Khush scored 96 in Accountancy, 91 in Maths, 99 in Business Studies, 93 in Economics, and 95 in English in CBSE board exams.

In the CUET UG examination, he scored 99.3 percentile in Accounts, 97.9 in Business Studies, 97.4 in English, and 90.9 in Economics.
Talking about his experience as a tennis player he says “I have been playing tennis since I was four years old and subsequently became AITA registered player in 2012. Every day, I attend tennis training for 6 hours followed by 2 hours of physical training. Apart from this, I have to follow a strict and specific diet plan along with an hour of meditation and body-reliving exercises.”

“My parents have always been really supportive of my dream as well as my studies. They encourage me to get into sports and they believe that I can be a champion one day,” he adds.

Khush, who is right now training under his coach Gaurav Sharma, has recently won the singles title at AITA championship series 7 under 18 held at Bhatinda and was a runners up in the doubles title at AITA National Series under 18 held in Jalandhar.

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued a notification addressed to candidates who trained in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), the national-level teacher selection exam, in previous years.

As per the policy of the board, candidates who passed the test in 2011-16 and onwards can apply for mark sheets online on the CTET website using it said. There is no provision for applying for CTET marks sheets and other documents for the said years offline, it added.

“No offline application for documents of certificates and mark sheets of CTET examination from the year 2011 to 2016 and onward will be accepted in this office. If Candidates apply offline for duplicate certificates and mark sheets their application and DD will not be accepted,” an official statement said.

The 2022 edition of CBSE CTET is scheduled for December.
The Board will announce the exact exam date and time for the exam on the admit card of the candidate. As per the official notice on CTET 2022, the test will be conducted in 20 languages.

The detailed Information Bulletin containing details of examination, syllabus, languages, eligibility criteria, examination fee, examination cities, and important dates will be available on ctet.nic.in.

The application fee for CTET 2022 for General/OBC category candidates for Paper I or II is ₹1,000 and ₹1,200 for both papers. For SC/ST/Diff. For abled persons, the application fee for one paper is ₹500 and for both papers, it is ₹600.
