Admission is made on the basis of entrance tests conducted both at state and national levels. Some private medical colleges conduct their own entrance examinations and also admit students according to merit.Â
One can also undertake a diploma course which is four years long. The MD Homeopathy degree course is three years long, which can only be pursued after completing the BHMS course and also qualifying the all India entrance examination.
A graduate of homeopathy can find employment opportunities in both private and public sector.
