Candidates need to apply online (www.upsconline.nic.in) for the IES/ ISS exam, 2020 to be conducted by the UPSC. You can apply from 25th March, 2020 to 13th April, 2020 (up till 6 pm) after the mentioned date application forms will not be accepted.
The online application form has to be filled in two stages – part I and part II.
Before you start the application process, please ensure that you have your photograph and signature scanned in .jpg format and that each file does not exceed 40KB or be less than 3KB in size (for pic) and 1KB (for signature.)
If you are already in government service or in any of the government owned industrial undertakings or other similar organisations, then you must submit your applications directly to UPSC. They must also inform their head of office/ department that they intend to appear for this exam.
All candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 200 in any of the following manner:
Female/ SC/ ST/ PH candidates need not pay any application fee.
Candidates who pay the fee in cash must get a print out of the system generated pay-in slip (generated during part II registration) and deposit the fee at the SBI branch counter only on the next working day.
Please note that the “pay by cash” mode would deactivated earlier i.e. on 12th April, 2018 by 11.59 pm i.e. one day before the closing date.
