6 Types of Entrepreneurs: Which One are You?

Start-ups have been growing rapidly in the past few years. There are dozens of entrepreneurs trying to make a difference and establish their name in the business world through their start-ups. Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines an entrepreneur as “one who organizes, manages, and assumes the risk of a business or enterprise”. What does it take to become a successful entrepreneur?  Is it just leadership skills, organizational abilities, exceptional management, or does it depend on something else altogether?

Top entrepreneurs like Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos are hugely successful today. Both of them started from scratch and worked really hard to establish their company globally. While they share the desire to succeed and have established global business giants, what make them different from each other are their personalities; these vary from one entrepreneur to other. According to a research by Princeton University, entrepreneurs can be divided into 6 different categories depending on their dominant personality traits; these types are-

1.       The Visionary

2.       The Strategist

3.       The Hustler

4.       The Machine

5.       The Innovator

6.       The Prodigy

Check out this video which explains what each category of entrepreneur is like, their dominant character traits, and top personalities who display such traits
