JEE Main 2023: Students Ask NTA to Postpone January Session, As Dates Clash With Board Exams

With National Testing Agency (NTA) releasing the dates for JEE Main 2023 session 1 and session 2, many aspirants are trending the #JEEMain2023 on Twitter demanding to postpone the JEE Mains January Session.Â
According to some aspirants, the exam dates for the January session are coinciding with the Practical Board Exams. While serval other aspirants are saying that the Bihar board Class 12 exams will be starting from February 1, 2023, and hence the NTA should consider postponing the exams.Â
CBSE has announced that the practical exams for Classes 10th and 12th will commence on January 1, 2023. Now, engineering aspirants are demanding that NTA delay the session 1 exam or push the dates ahead. The hashtag #PostponeJEEMain2023 is also trending for the same reason.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has already started the registration process for JEE Main 2023 January Session. The registration for the January session will end on the 12th of January 2023. Interested and eligible students can register for session 1 on the official website of NTA- jeemain.nta.nic.in, or nta.nic.in
The first exam session will be held from January 24-31, with the admit cards being released in the third week of January. The second exam session will be held from April 6-12. JEE Main 2023 has two papers – the first is for BE/BTech and the second is for BArch (paper 2A) and planning (paper 2B). The exam will be held in computer-based test mode in two shifts – the morning shift from 9 am to noon, and the afternoon shift from 3 pm to 6 pm.
