Document verification for KCET 2023 begins today, with a rank-based schedule.

The Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) document verification for 2023 will be held online until July 15. Candidates who have claimed eligibility clause ‘a’ in their KCET application form 2023 must participate in the document verification.

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has started the online document verification process for KCET 2023. The verification will be held in three sessions, from 9:30 am to 11 am, from 11:15 am to 1:15 pm, and from 2 pm onwards. Candidates can check the rank-wise schedule on the KEA website.

The document verification is mandatory for candidates who have claimed eligibility clause ‘a’ in their KCET application form 2023. Candidates who have claimed eligibility under other clauses will have to appear for offline verification at KEA Bangalore. Those who have claimed ‘y’ clause (non-Karnataka candidates who have registered for BSc nursing) do not need to appear for document verification.

The required documents for document verification include:

  • UGCET 2023 admission ticket
  • UGCET 2023 application form print out
  • SSLC or Class 10 scorecard
  • Second PUC or Class 12 scorecard
  • Candidate’s study certificate obtained from institution head undersigned by Block Educational Officer (BEO)
  • Rural study certificate from Class 1 to 10, if applicable
  • Kannada medium study certificate, if applicable
  • Caste or income certificate, if applicable

Candidates are advised to read the detailed instructions and guidelines with regard to online verification of documents before visiting the BEO office.
