GATE 2023 Exam Centres

The list of Gate 2023 exam centres, as well as the official notification, have been published by IIT Kanpur. When completing the application forms, applicants will be able to select from a list of GATE 2023 exam cities. During the correction period, applicants may also change the exam location for free. The number of GATE exam centers was reduced from 203 to 176 by the authorities.
GATE 2023 Examination Cities (Zone-wise)
You may choose three possible test cities in order of preference. The second city should not necessarily be in the same zone as the first. Candidates can contact the respective zonal GATE office for any enquiries related to the exam centre. Please note that the following is a tentative list and that candidates should get in touch with the zonal GATE offices for the complete list of exam cities.

The list of cities that can be chosen as your 3rd choice will be specified by each zone and this will be used only when the cities of primary choice of a candidate are not available. Leh (Ladakh) has been added as a new exam location for GATE 2023 by IIT Kharagpur, while Sonepat, Panipat, and Idukki have been cancelled.
