The questions asked in the All India Bar Examination (AIBE 2015) are knowledge-based and reasoning-based. The Bar Examination aims to test advocates in substantive and procedural law areas as determined by the Bar Council of India (BCI.)
These subjects are selected from the syllabi prescribed by BCI for both three-years and five-year LLB programmes ( as set under Schedule I to the Bar Council of India Rules)

The AIBE will be in 11 languages. These include: Hindi, English, Bengali, Gujarati, Oriya, Telgu, Marathi, Kannada & Tamil. The candidate can choose according to their convenience & study material provided will be based on the chosen language.
