The eligibility criteria for 3 year Bachelor’s of Law and 5 year Bachelor’s of Law is given below:
Eligibility Criteria For 3 Year B.L. Degree Course
A pass in the Bachelor’s Degree Course with minimum 40% of marks in aggregate.
Candidates who have passed the Post-Graduate Degree under Open University system without undergoing the Bachelor’s Degree Course may also apply.
Those who have appeared for the final year examination of the above mentioned Degree Courses in the year of TNDALU entrance examination and awaiting results may also apply.
There is No age limit for admission into this course.
Employed candidates are not eligible to apply.
Candidates who have not passed qualifying examination and not received the Degree/Provisional certificate on the date of counseling are not eligible for admission to 3 year degree course.
Eligibility Criteria For 5 year B.L. Degree Course
A pass in the Higher Secondary ( 2) or Equivalent Examination with minimum 45% of marks in aggregate. In the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST communities, 40% of marks in aggregate.
Those who have appeared for the HSC or equivalent examination in the year of TNDALU entrance examination and awaiting results may also apply.
Employed candidates are not eligible to apply.
Age limit for admission: A candidate should not have completed 21 years of age as on 1st June of the year of TNDALU entrance examination. There is no age limit for candidates belonging to SC/ST communities.
Candidates who have not passed qualifying examination and not received the Mark statement on the date of counseling are not eligible for admission to 5 year degree course.
