Last Minute To Dos
There is nothing much you can do at the last moment but you can definitely reduce your stress and boost your confidence with few simple tips so that you can give the SNAP test well. Check out a few things that you can do days before or just the day before the exam.
1. Stop and Repeat
Stop trying to learn new topics. Rather revise those that you have already prepared. Learning new things at the last minute will only confuse you. Go through your old notes, try mock tests. You may skip the General English in the last few days and General Awareness can be restricted to reading the newspapers. This is because you have already prepared for it till now. Rather focus more on the quantitative and analytic section.
If you have practiced enough and still getting your calculations wrong at this time, chances are that you are stressed out which is very common during this time. Keep your books away for a while. Go to a quiet place and try to meditate for 15-20 minutes. This will help you to release negative energy and also improve your concentration.
3. Fuel yourself
Eat on time and give your body enough rest. Take 10 minute breaks every 2 hours while you are preparing for the exam. Music can be a great stress buster; listen to your favorite music or watch a TV show for sometime, you'll feel refreshed.
4. Exam Checklist
Keep everything ready admit card, ID card, pen and paper etc. Wear comfortable clothes, don't wear any accessories except your wrist watch and carry a water bottle and make sure you reach the venue on time.
5. Be confident
Be confident about yourself. Believe that you can do it. Go through your exam paper well before answering and think before answering each question. Avoid getting distracted during exam.
