Medical entrance exams 2022 are conducted by boards or organizations at the all-India level or state level. The purpose of conducting entrance examinations is to select candidates for admission to medical courses at diploma, degree, post-diploma, postgraduate degree and research levels.
In general, the medical entrance exams for admission to diploma and degree courses are held separately at the all-India level and state level. However, entrance examinations for admission to postgraduate degrees and research programs are done on an all-India basis or state basis. A candidate willing to take admitted in any medical college and hospital of the country can choose to appear in any medical entrance examination.

NEET
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is conducted by NTA for admission to various undergraduate medical courses in India. It is the largest and most important medical entrance exam in India.

NEET PG scores are widely accepted for admission to these courses. The exam is conducted in computer-based mode (CBT) for a duration of 3.5 hours. There are 200 multiple-choice questions (MCQs).

Qualifying the AIAPGET exam will give the candidates to take admission to MS, MD or PG diploma courses in either of the following AYUSH disciplines; Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy.
