A controversy has stirred up in the Banaras Hindu University in Varanas which has upset the students of the campus. The students were not okay with the question on beef asked in the BHU managment exam.

BHU exam question on beef causes unrest, students raise complaint
Banaras Hindu University, BHU conducted the management course exam and a controversy has come up in the university regarding a question that was asked on beef which has sparked controversy.

A group of students from the Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi are upset due to a question requiring students to explain ‘classification of beef’ in ‘Catering Technology & Hotel Management’ exam in the university. The question has caused unrest in the exam and students say that the question has hurt the sentiments of Hindu students as per report.

In the paper of the management course titled Bachelor of Vocational Exam, Semester II was conducted for a duration of three hours. There were three questions asked out of which two had be attempted and carried 15 marks each. One of the questions was on give the introduction of soup and write its classification, next was on what is sauce and last one was on write a classification of beef and define. The university students are upset on the last question that was asked.

The students have now filed a complaint regarding the question that was asked. The complaint has been written and filed to the Vice Chancellor demanding action against the teacher for framing such a question paper. The students have also alleged that off late some of the people are running an Anti-Hindu agenda on the University campus. Students are now upset over the question that was asked and it has caused an unrest in the campus.
