NEET PG Counselling 2022: Round One Choice Filling Begins from Today at mcc.nic.in

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will begin the process of choice filling and locking for round one of the National Eligibility Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2022 counselling today, September 20. Registered candidates will be able to fill in their college and course preferences at mcc.nic.in till September 25.

NEET PG counselling 2022: How to fill choices and lock

• To apply for a NEET PG seat, go to mcc.nic.in and select the tab for your stream (medical or dental). 
• Login by entering your NEET PG roll number, password, and security pin. 
• Start filling in your choices of courses and colleges for the NEET PG seat allotment.
• To add a new choice, click on the ‘+’ button. 
• To rearrange the order of any choice, simply drag the choice to the desired position. 
• Then, click on ‘Save and Next’ to lock in the choices. 
• Take a print out of your filled preferences for future reference.

Candidates should be aware that if they do not lock in their preferences, the system will do it automatically for them. Allotment of seats for NEET PG 2022 will be based on the filled preferences, NEET PG rank and availability of seats.

The registration process for round one of the NEET PG counselling 2022 is now complete. The next step is for DGHS to conduct the seat allotment processing. NEET PG 2022 seat allotment will be based on the NEET PG rank, filled preferences, availability of seats, reservation criteria and other factors. 

The result of NEET PG 2022 counselling round one will be released in PDF format on the official website. Through NEET PG counselling 2022, a total of 26,168 Doctor of Medicine (MD), 13,649 Master of Surgery (MS), 922 PG Diploma and 1,338 DNB CET seats will be filled.
