Tina met her future spouse Athar Aamir Khan at the IAS Honor Ceremony at the DoPT office in Delhi in 2015. They approached each other during their IAS preparation period at the foundation of “Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration” in Mussoorie. During this time she also went on a trip to the Netherlands, Paris, and Rome. On 20 March 2018, she married Aamir who is also an IAS officer. 

Troubles began in their marriage quite early. It came to public notice in 2020 when Tina Dabi removed “Khan” from her surname from her display name on social media accounts. Around the same time, Athar Aamir Khan unfollowed her on Instagram. After 2 years of marriage, the couple separated and got divorced with mutual consent.

IAS Tina Dabi husband Pradeep Gawande is Joint Secretary in the Higher Education Department. Both of them recently disclosed their relationship on social media. The relationship was revealed. Tina Dabi and Pradeep Gawande met during their posting in the medical department. Both of them decided to get married and due to this, both were seen together many times. Pradeep Gawande is 13 years elder than Tina Dabi.
