The fee structure and financial assistance for admission to NIT Patna is given below:

(I) Fee Structure

• Under Graduate Programme

B.Sc. Engineering

At present the fee required to be deposited by students at the time of admission is Rs. 14,707/-

• Post Graduate Programme

M.Sc. Engineering

• Rs. 3,690/- at the time of admission for full time (GATE Score) candidate.
• Rs. 10690/- at the time of admission for Sponsored candidate.
• SC/ST students are exempted from payment of tuition fee.

(II) Financial Assistance

The NIT Patna offers Financial Assistance to M.Sc. (Engg.) students under the AICTE norms. Only full time candidates who have qualified in GATE – Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering are eligible for financial assistance.

Sponsored category candidates are not eligible to get benefit of financial assistance.
