DU UG Admissions 2022-23: UG First Year Class From November 2 ,Check Other Details Here

The University of Delhi is set to begin the first semester of classes on November 2 for the academic session of 2022-23. DU Vice-Chancellor Yogesh Singh told PTI that the university has made all the necessary arrangements to ensure that students have access to all the facilities they need. “We have conducted admissions through the CUET and are implementing the National Education Policy,” Mr Singh said. “It is a different policy and students will have more flexibility.”

With 70,000 admissions still underway for various DU colleges, the academic year for first-semester students will commence on Wednesday. In an interview with PTI, DU Vice Chancellor Yogesh Singh said that the university is prepared for the start of the new academic year and has made arrangements to ensure all facilities are available for students.
“We are prepared to hold classes for first-year students. This year, we have conducted admissions through the CUET and are implementing the National Education Policy.

The DU is implementing the NEP and the four-year undergraduate program this academic year. Colleges were busy on Tuesday, making last-minute preparations to welcome the students. To ensure the newcomers’ safety, the colleges have conducted fumigation, activated anti-ragging committees and taken all other precautions.

Ramjas College Principal Manoj Khanna said last-minute arrangements are being made to welcome the first-year students. There are a total of 1,550 seats in the college. Khanna said all the seats had been filled and admission to the supernumerary seats is underway.
