Xavier Labour Relations Institutes (XLRI), established in 1949, in Jamshedpur, is one of the premier management institutes in the country. Ever since its inception, it has contributed immensely to organized industry, labour, service agencies engaged in rural development, education, health and other public systems. Sound infrastructure, excellent faculty and distinguished alumni, draw students from all over the country to be a part of this institute. It offers a 3 year part time program in management for those who do not wish their career to be interrupted.
Courses
- Executive Fellow Program in Management, (FPM) Duration 3 year.
Eligibility
Applicants for the part-time FPM should have:
- A full-time MBA degree from a recognized university or its duly recognized equivalent (a two-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma from IIMs, XLRI, etc. is recognized as equivalent to MBA by AICTE and is eligible).
- Should be currently employed in a full-time job; and
- Must have at least three years of full-time managerial experience as on 1 October 2005 (the experience must be as a manager, officer, executive, or supervisor in an organization, or as a faculty member in an academic institution, and may be before or after acquiring the MBA or both).
