The pre-board exams for UPMSP classes 10 and 12 will be conducted from February 01 to 15, 2023. Read on to find out more about the UP board Date sheet.

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) is expected to release the UP board exam date sheet 2023 soon for Class 10th and 12th. Once the date sheet is released, students will be able to download it from upmsp.edu.in.

The board is likely to release the UPMSP timetable for theory and practical exams through a common pdf file in the upcoming days.

The board has uploaded model papers for the students to prepare for the board exams. The pre-board exams for UPMSP classes 10 and 12 will be conducted from February 01 to 15, 2023.

IIT Kanpur to release GATE 2023 admit cards today

GATE 2023: Today, January 3, 2023, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur will release its admit card for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2023. The hall ticket for GATE 2023 can be downloaded from gate.iitk.ac.in. As soon as the admit card is available, candidates can access it using their enrollment IDs and passwords.

Names, personal details, exam centre, city details, exam day instructions, and other pertinent information will be included on the GATE hall ticket. To download the GATE 2023 admit card, candidates need to click on the admit card link on the official website and then enter the necessary credentials in the given space. Once the GATE 2023 admit card appears, take a printout of the hall ticket and carry it to the exam.

There will be 29 papers in the GATE 2023 exam, and candidates can appear in one or even two. There will be two sections to the GATE syllabus: General Aptitude and Core Discipline. The GATE syllabus is divided into two sections. It is mandatory for all candidates to take the General Aptitude section, which carries a weightage of 15 percent, while the preferred subjects carry a weightage of 85 percent.

As of last year, IIT Kanpur has activated the GATE mock test links on its official website. Candidates can take these mock tests to get a better understanding of the exam pattern and improve their efficiency.

IIT Kanpur will issue the GATE 2023 admit card tomorrow on the official website gate.iitk.ac.in. Candidates can download their GATE admit card using their GATE ID and date of birth.

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur is set to release the GATE 2023 admit card tomorrow, January 3, 2023. Candidates who have applied for the GATE exam 2023 will be able to download their admit card at gate.iitkgp.ac.in.

In order to download the GATE admit card, candidates will have to use their GATE GOAPS login details.

CBSE Board Exam 2023: CBSE Class 10th and 12th Practical Exams Begin From Today

Candidates can check the details schedule of practical exams, projects, and internal assessments by visiting the official website of CBSE at www.cbse.gov.in.

Practical exams for Class 10th and 12th at schools affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will start today, January 2. These exams will continue until February 14, a day before the start of theory papers.

Since CBSE did not publish a detailed date sheet for Practical exams, students need to contact their schools to get detailed information on the exam dates and times.

In a notice issued recently, the CBSE has asked schools to make proper arrangements to hold Practical exams. It has asked schools to take into consideration the JEE Main 2023 while fixing dates of Practicals, as the first session of the engineering entrance exam is scheduled between Class 12 practical exams.

In an official notification, the Board said, “The marks in respect of all Practical Examinations/Project/Internal Assessments shall be uploaded simultaneously, starting from the dates of conduct of exams/assessments. The uploading of marks shall be completed by the last date of the respective class. No extension of the dates shall be considered by the Board.”

The board has also updated the date sheet for the Class 12 theory exams. The exams scheduled for April 4 will now be held on March 27 instead, it said.

Students are advised to follow all the guidelines set by CBSE and schools to avoid any discrepancies during the Practical exams/Internal Assessments/Project work.

Schools located in winter-bound areas are allowed to hold practicals in November-December, but for most of the schools, these exams will be held in January-February.

The UGC Chief, M Jagadesh Kumar, announced that the National Testing Agency (NTA) would be conducting the Common University Entrance Test, Postgraduate (CUET-PG) from June 1st. Eligible and interested candidates can register at the official website— cuet.nta.nic.in. The admission process will begin in mid-March 2023.

Kumar also released the schedule for CUET-PG, which will be conducted from June 1st to June 10th, 2023. He encouraged interested and eligible candidates to register early so as to attend the admission deadline.

“Great opportunity for students to try for admission to multiple universities in post-graduate programs using the CUET-PG score,” Kumar tweeted.

The PIL said that the eligibility of 75% in Class 12 or qualifying exams to appear in JEE 2023 will hit lakhs of students who can score very high in the JEE mains examination but may not have 75% minimum marks in their board examinations.

On Monday, activist Anubha Srivastava Sahai filed a petition in the Bombay High Court seeking postponement of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main 2023) January session. This is due to the fact that several boards’ Class 12 pre-board exams are scheduled next month. The plea also challenged the 75% criterion to be eligible for JEE Main 2023, as reported by the Bar and Bench.

In response to the petition, several students took to Twitter to request a postponement of JEE Mains 2023 and removal of the 75% criterion for droppers.

On December 15, the National Testing Agency (NTA) announced the JEE Main exam dates for 2023. The engineering entrance exam will be held in two phases in January and April. However, soon after the announcement of the exam dates, students started to demand a postponement for JEE Main 2023 January session due to the shortage of time for preparation.

The NTA removed the JEE Main 75% criteria last year as an one-time measure due to academic loss during the COVID-19 pandemic. The PIL further stated that the pre-board exams, viva voce of CBSE, ICSE and other state boards are scheduled in January. The clash between JEE Main 2023 and pre-board exams will result in less number of students appearing for JEE Main January 2023 session, it said.

The petition also stated that the NTA in the past used to declare the IIT JEE Main 2023 exam dates two to three months prior to the examination; however, given the current situation with COVID-19, they understand that this may not be possible.

CTET 2022 Exams To Start From Today, Know Shift Timings and Exam Guidelines Here

The CTET exam is scheduled to be held today, December 28, and tomorrow, December 29. Candidates appearing for the exam must go through the CTET 2022 exam day guidelines listed below to avoid any last-minute hassle

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is all set to begin the CTET exam 2022 today, December 28 onwards at 243 centers in 74 cities. CTET exam 2022 will be held in two shifts for each day for papers 1 and 2. CTET 2022 shift 1 for paper 1 will begin from 9.30 AM to 12 noon and shift 2 for paper 2 from 2.30 to 5.00 PM.

Candidates appearing for the exam must go through the CTET 2022 exam day guidelines to avoid any last-minute hassle. Candidates must carry all the necessary documents along with the CTET admit card 2022 to the exam center. Admit cards for CTET 2022 are available on the official website- ctet.nic.in

Conclusion of the CTET exam	12:00 Noon	5:00 PM

CTET 2022 exam day guidelines

Candidates appearing for the CTET exam in 2022 can check the guidelines below to ensure they are prepared on the day of the test.

Candidates are advised to reach the CTET exam center before the reporting time as mentioned on the CTET admit card 2022.
After the gate closing time, no one will be permitted to enter the exam hall.
Candidates should go through the instructions mentioned on the CTET hall ticket 2022 carefully and act accordingly.
Along with the CTET admit card 2022, candidates will also need to carry one valid original photo identity proof to the exam center for verification purposes. Valid forms of photo identification include a Voter card, Aadhaar card, PAN card, Passport, etc.
Candidates taking the CTET exam in 2022 are not allowed to bring any restricted or banned items into the exam center, such as mobile phones, watches, Bluetooth-enabled devices, metallic jewelry, calculators, bangles, bracelets, belts, etc.
Candidates are advised to strictly follow the COVID-19 guidelines given in the CTET admit card 2022.
