Radhika Merchant did her schooling at Mumbai Juhu’s Ecole Mondiale World School and Cathedral & John Connon School. After completing her schooling, Radhika did a diploma from BD Somani International School. 

In 2013, Radhika moved to New York to do her Bachelor’s. She did her bachelor’s degree in politics and economics from New York University. Additionally, she trained in Bharatnatyam Classical Music under the Guru, Bhavana Thakur, at the Shree Nibha Arts.

Early Career

After graduating from college, Radhika Merchant returned to India and landed an internship as a Business Strategy Consultant at Cedar Consultants in Mumbai. She held this position for three months, from June to August 2016. Once she completed her internship, she took on a sales professional role at Desai and Dewanji – a well-known business in her area. After some time working there, she decided to move on and got a job at India First.

She may not have started her own business, but she’s no novice when it comes to the professional world. Having worked for various firms in the past, she’s gained a wealth of experience that has now led her to her current role in her father’s company.

She’s a true expert when it comes to conducting research for businesses, as evidenced by her previous work compiling data for market reports in the taxi and banking industries in developing markets across the Middle East. It’s safe to say she knows a thing or two about running a business smoothly and efficiently – she can handle any issues that come up in the workplace with ease.
