Institute of Management Technology, Centre for Distance Learning, IMT-CDL, Ghaziabad was established in 1982. It has been recognised by Distance Education Council, Government of India. IMT-CDL is located on a 6 acre campus and is not very far from Delhi. It offers various courses in management and information technology. IMT CDL offers facilities like library, auditorium, wi-fi campus, and well equipped classrooms.

It gives the facility of Online lectures, online assignments, and online examinations. It also organizes conferences and workshops for the benefit of the students. IMT CDL has information centers spread across India. The coursework has two program cycle- one from January to June and the other from July to December.

The selection to the various programs of IMT-Centre for Distance Learning is based on screening by the selection committee. Admission to Two year (PGDBM) Program is through admission test to be conducted at the study centres by IMT-CDL (Head Office). For One Year Diploma Courses admission is without entrance test. The maximum duration for completing any course is the double number of years of normal duration. Candidates having two years of work experience after graduation; or candidates through-out first class from 10th, 12th and graduation; or Technical or Legal Professionals/CA/ICWA/CS/MBBS/M-Tech; or holder of Diploma of One Year Program of IMT-CDL are exempted from admission test required for admission purpose.

Admissions:

Admission Forms are available at IMT CDL Head Office. The duly filled forms along with the draft for the fee may also be submitted to the Head Office. A student cannot undergo two courses of IMT CDL at a time. If any student is found to have opted for two courses, he/she will have to withdraw from one course and the fee paid by him/her for that course will not be refunded.
