The Board of Secondary Education (BSE) in Odisha announced today that the 2024 matriculation (Class 10) exams will begin on February 20.
The annual High School Certificate, Madhyama, and State Open School Certificate Examinations will be held from February 20 to March 4, 2024.
The BSE will release more details about the exams later. However, candidates can start filling out their exam forms in October 2023. The answer sheets will be evaluated from March 12 for at least 12 days.
The exams will be held in two shifts, with the first shift starting at 9:30 am and the second shift starting at 1:30 pm. The exams will be held in offline mode.

The admit cards for the exams will be released in January 2024. Students can download their admit cards from the BSE Odisha website.
The BSE Odisha has also announced that the minimum passing marks for the Class 10 exams will be 33%. Students who fail to score the minimum passing marks will be eligible to appear for the supplementary exams, which will be held in May 2024.
