Scoring well and finishing assignments on time are great achievements while at a B-school, but the most crucial part is being able to successfully face MBA placement interview questions to land a good job or a lucrative summer internship with your dream company. Your first job interview might be scary but as you get the hang of it, the nervousness fades away. Even if you’re falling apart inside, keep your calm face on and answer all the questions with confidence. As for weaknesses, they are just the opposites of your strengths, know how to mould them in such a manner that they don’t seem like a negative point at all.
The biggest of questions, the one that will decide your future is how you answer this. Why them? If you can ace this, you are in. So practice this answer a few time, do your homework, research about the company and find out why and how it will benefit your career.
