1. Log-on to the official website of NEET 2021 @ neet.nta.nic.in.
2. On the homepage, locate the link titled “Fill Registration Form” and click on the same.
3. You will be asked to enter your registration credentials to log in. Enter the details and click on the submit button.
4. Complete the registration process as directed on screen. Pay the application fees through any of the accepted modes
5. Before you click on the submit button, make sure that all the information entered is correct
6. After you have submitted the form, make sure to download a copy of the completed application form. Take a printout of the registration form and store it safely for reference.
