BHU Launches New Artificial Intelligence Course: The Department of Computer Science at Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has launched a new specialized training and six-month certification program in Artificial Intelligence. Textanalytics.in/ai/ is the official website where interested candidates can register for the program.
The registration period for this program will run from January 12 to January 25. The academic session is set to begin on February 1 and end in July. BHU will offer 100 seats under this program, with admissions based on an entrance test.
Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, technology, or a related field are eligible to take the exam. There is no course fee for the program, and all participants who successfully complete the course will be awarded a certificate.
Introduction to AI and Big Data, Statistical Concepts and Applications, Statistical Tools, Importing and Preprocessing Data, Exploring and Manipulating Data, Data Structures and Algorithms, Graph and String Algorithms, Artificial Neural Networks, Programming for Data Science, Programming in Python, Creating Visualizations, Managerial Skills, Organizational Behavior, Persuasive Communication, and other topics will be covered.
Students who complete an Artificial Intelligence certification programme may pursue careers as AI Applied Scientists and Data Scientists.
The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, is supporting the Department of Computer Science at BHU in carrying out this certification programme.
