CLAT 2023: CLAT Registration Deadline Extended till November 18, Know How To Apply

Candidates now have the opportunity to register for the CLAT exam till November 18 by following the steps mentioned below.

The Consortium of National Law Universities has announced that the deadline to register for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2023 Exam has been extended. The new deadline is November 18. The exam will be conducted in December. Interested candidates can fill out their forms now.

Candidates interested in applying for admission into the 5-Year Integrated LLB course or LLM courses at National Law University will have to register themselves on the official website – consortiumofnlus.ac.in. 

The Consortium of NLUs is responsible for conducting the CLAT exam which is a requirement for admittance into any of the 22 branches of the National Law University.

CLAT 2023: Important Dates

  • The registration deadline for CLAT 2023 will end on November 18, 2022.
  • The exam is scheduled to be conducted on December 18, 2022.
  • The exam will be held for UG and PG Admissions on December 18, 2022, for the academic session of 2023 to 2024.

CLAT 2023: How To Apply

Fill out the form by following these steps.

  1. Interested and eligible candidates for the CLAT 2023 should visit the official website – consortiumofnlus.ac.in. 
  2. On the homepage, click on the CLAT 2023 tab and then the login window. Candidates will need to register themselves in order to generate login credentials. 
  3. Once registered, they should fill out the application form and upload all required documents. 
  4. Candidates will also need to pay the application fee and submit the form.
  5.  After submission, they should download the confirmation page and take a printout for future reference.


The CLAT exam is conducted annually for admissions into 5-year integrated LLB and LLM programs. These programs are available at 22 branches of National Law University, including NLSIU Bangalore, NALSAR Hyderabad, NLIU Bhopal, NLU Jodhpur, WBNUJS Kolkata, HNLE Raipur, GNLU Gandhinagar, RMLNLU Lucknow, NLU Odisha, NUALS Kochi, CNLU Patna, NLU Tamil Nadu, DSNLU Vishakapatnam, NLUJA Assam, HPNLU Shimla, MNLU Aurangabad, MNLU Nagpur, DBRANLU Haryana, DNLU Jabalpur, RGNUL Punjab, NUSRL Ranchi, and NLU Mumbai.
