ICAI will be holding the first placement program ever for women CA students, registration ends October 15th

ICAI will be holding the first program in India for female CA holders. The registration process will end on 15 October 2022.
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India will soon conduct its first placement program for female Chartered Accountants. All female Chartered Accountants, who are not working full time, and obtained their membership on September 30th or earlier, are eligible to participate. Note that the registration deadline is October 15th, 2022 at www.icai.org/cmib/registration/.
ICAI has launched a new initiative to provide opportunities for women members in industry. The first-of-its-kind program is specially designed by ICAI’s Committee for Members in Industry and Business (CMI&B) and Women Members Empowerment Committee (WMEC). The placement drive provides women with the opportunity to explore work options that include flexible workflows, part-time schedules, or home offices.
Part of the registration process for the Online Psychometric and Written Test starts on October 6, 2022. This test will take place on October 27. The interview will be conducted on Oct. 31 at Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata. The registration fee for the placement process is ₹1000 plus 18% GST. There’s a non-refundable fee of ₹1000 plus 18% GST to participate in the recruitment process. More related details are available on ICAI Placement Portal.
