NCW and IIM Kozhikode collaborate to launch an entrepreneurship training program for women

The National Commission of Women (NCW) and the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM-K) have joined hands to provide an online short-term entrepreneurship training program for women. All the interested women can visit this link to apply online. In order to be eligible for this course, all women must either have experience running their own business or hold a graduate degree. The last date to enroll is 16th August.

There are two options for the women candidate:

• Foundation Program in Entrepreneurship
• Advanced Program in Entrepreneurship

The Foundation program is for women who want to become an entrepreneur while the Advanced one is for those who want to enhance their skill.

It is a four-month-long program that will comprise of 40 hours of subject sessions and 20 hours of discussion and mentoring. It will be offered in English as well as Malayalam. 

The aim of this program is to provide women with the skills and perspectives they need to run their own business.
