DU Admissions 2022: The new academic session for first-year undergraduate students at Delhi University is expected to begin around October 20, a senior official statement. DU plans to open its admission portal on Monday (September 12) this week. “We’re expecting CUET-UG results between September 10 and September 15.
We want to launch our portal just a few days before that, most likely this Friday,” the official added. “There are several subject combinations and we need time to finish admissions this time. We’re looking at starting the new session by October 20,” the official said.
The second phase of the process will begin when the results of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) have been released. If the candidate meets the requirements for their desired program, they will be able to select from a list of preferred programme and college combinations.
The university has advised candidates to choose multiple programme and college combinations, with the order of preferences in mind. Once submitted, no changes can be made to the preferences.
The third stage of the admission process is the allocation of seats, which will take place in several rounds. Once the merit list has been published, candidates will need to check the seat and college they have been allocated on the common admission portal.
