TS EAMCET 2022: Counselling Process Starts Today

TS EAMCET 2022 Counselling: Candidates can now book their slot for finishing the college selection, seat allotment, and document verification process.

The counselling process for Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) 2022 has begun by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). All the qualified students can now visit the official website to apply online.

During the counseling process, the qualified candidates will be able to book a slot for the counseling process, including selecting a college, verifying their documents, and getting their allotted seat. The deadline to register for phase 1 of counselling is 29th August.

Here is a list of documents you will need for TS EAMCET 2022:

  • Hall ticket for TS EAMCET 2022
  • Any government-approved identity card, like PAN card, driver’s license, Aadhar card
  • Rank card and score card for TS EAMCET 2022
  • Date of birth proof (class 10 mark sheet)
  • Class 12 passing certificate and mark sheet
  • Transfer certificate
  • Caste and EWS certificate (if applicable)

Eligibility criteria for TS EAMCET 2022

Candidates who wish to apply for the counselling process of TS EAMCET 2022 should meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Candidate must be an Indian citizen and belong to the state of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh
  • Candidates wanting admission in UG professional courses in pharmacy and engineering should have completed at least 16 years of age as on 31st December, 2022.

In order to be eligible to get a scholarship, OC candidates should be 25 years or under. Other candidates must be 29 years or under as on 1st July 2022.

The results for the TS EAMCET 2022 were released on 12th August by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. Sabitha Indra Reddy, Education Minister, announced the release at a press conference. The first rank in the Engineering stream was grabbed by Polu Lakshmi Sai Lohith Reddy. The second and third rank holders were Nakka Sai Deepthinka and Polisetty Karthikeya, respectively. Neha scored the first rank in the Agricultural stream, followed by Rohit and Tarun Kumar. 80.41% of students passed the engineering stream exam. The pass percentage of the agriculture stream was 88.34%.
