Uttarakhand CM Dhami inaugurates hygiene education program for Uttarakhand schools

The Uttarakhand Chief Minister, Pushkar Singh Dhami has inaugurated the School Hygiene Education Programme for the state of Uttarakhand. This drive has been inaugurated to build awareness of cleanliness among the children.

To establish awareness of cleanliness among children, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Tuesday inaugurated the School Hygiene Education Programme for the state.

The program will be operating in 13,000 primary schools in all 13 districts of Uttarakhand.

For the program, the Uttarakhand education office has approved an MoU with Reckitt.

He announced that from birth to the age of six years, the mental and physical growth of children is rapid. “Children move along pursuing the force they get in the early phases of life. The prospective 25 years will be the nectar of the country, these children of today will be the captains of the country after 25 years. It is significant to provide them the right direction,” Dhami announced.

The Chief Minister announced that Uttarakhand is the first nation in the country to execute the National Education Policy-2020. For the execution of the National Education Policy, Bal Vatikas have been started in 4,457 co-located Anganwadi centers in the state. New programs like ‘Praveshotsav’, ‘Aarohi’, ‘Kaushalam’, ‘Anandam’, and ‘Vidya Setu’ are being conducted.

To stimulate online education, Dhami said basic classrooms have been organized in central studios and 500 schools in all 13 areas of the state. In higher education, subjects like Vedic science, Vedic mathematics, and management introduction to Bhagavad Gita have been executed as co-curricular to notify the students of Indian culture and the Indian proficiency network.

The Chief Minister announced the startup policy has been executed to implement tocpromotingartups in higher education associations.
