XAT Registration 2023: XAT-2023 will be held on January 8th, 2023 in different centers across India. It is an entrance exam organized by XLRI Jamshedpur for admission in various management colleges associated with XLRI.

To register for XAT 2023, visit the registration page on exam’s official website (xatonline.in). You will be asked to fill in your preliminary information, and given a XAT ID and a password.

Application process of XAT 2023 is important. The candidates should fill all the correct details in the registration form as any incorrect information can lead to disqualification of the candidature.

After you create an account, the website will send further instructions via email with all the relevant links and details. Once you receive the mail click on the XAT registration link and fill all the relevant details as given below.
As you open the XAT registration link, you will be required to fill the form which looks like this:

After this you will be asked about the details of your mailing and permanent address. Be careful to fill in the correct details. If possible make sure the details on your Identity proof matches the address entered here:

And then enter the valid details of your Graduation (Compulsory) and Post Graduation (If any). The form also asks in case you have any other qualification apart from these two and work experience (if any)
After entering all the details, you will have to give a declaration stating that all the information provided by you is true to your knowledge. Also, you will have to select a payment mode by which you plan to pay the XAT exam fees. The details of the fees and how to pay is given after this section. The form looks like this:
After you have submitted the form, the last step is to complete your profile by uploading a profile picture of yourself and your digital signature. The instructions in your mail will specify the size details and you have to make sure that the soft copy does not extend the given file size limit.
The exam fee for XAT 2023 is Rs 2000/- for all applicants.In case you wish to apply to management program(s) offered by XLRI, you must pay an additional Rs.300 for each program you apply to. Indian candidates applying for GMP through GMAT will have to pay Rs 2500/-.
In the case of late registration, the exam fee for XAT 2017 is Rs. 2000 for all applicants and if you wish to apply to management program(s) offered by XLRI, you must pay an additional Rs. 500 for each program you apply to.
You can opt to make the payment through one of the following ways:
Online transaction on a VISA/Master credit/debit card or by IDBI net banking
Cash payment: Take a print out of the XAT pay-in slip and visit an IDBI bank to make the payment
Demand Draft (DD) in favour of “XLRI Jamshedpur A/c XAT” payable at Jamshedpur
For payments made through cash or Demand Draft, attach the XAT confirmation page along with the payment, and send it to the XAT office within 15 days from the date of payment. Also, make sure to update the payment details on the registration page.
If you are a non-resident Indian (NRI) or a foreign candidate applying for XAT, register for the exam as per the regular process outlined above. However, find out the admission criteria for foreign and NRI applicants of the specific associate member institutes you wish to apply to.
Also, please note that registering for XAT exam is a preliminary step towards gaining admission in any of the associated member institutes. Each institute has its own admission process and you will need to apply separately to the institutes of your choice.
