If you want to block seats in Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) for the upcoming academic year, today is the last day to do so. The university released the first batch of results for admission to undergraduate (UG) and certificate of proficiency (COP) programmes for the 2022-23 academic session on October 21, giving students until October 23 to make their decisions.
JNU is a well-renowned university, and this year, for its debut edition, it will be admitting students to its UG programmes based on the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). The official website to apply is jnuee.jnu.ac.in. Once students login, they can block seats against JNU’s list-1 result.
The results of the first list for UG and COP programs through CUET-UG for the year 2022 have been announced, and the last date to block a seat is October 23rd, 2022. This information was provided in a statement on the JNU website.
Follow the steps below to check the JNU merit list for 2022:
-Visit the JNU website and go to the Important Links section
-Click on the Result of List 1 tab
-On the login window, enter your application number and password
-Click on the ‘Login’ button
-Submit and check your JNU merit list for 2022.
The university has also released the cut-off score and rank for admission to its UG programmes. The JNU cut-off scores and ranks have been issued for programmes including BA Hons First Year in Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Persian and Spanish. To be admitted into one of these programmes, applicants must have scored above the cut-off score and achieved a high enough rank.
