Mahit Gadhiwala, the AIR-9 in JEE advanced said that he drew inspiration from the famous line of the movie Pushpa “Mai Jhukega Nahi”

Mahit Gadhiwala, the son of a dentist couple from Surat, Gujarat who secured the 9th place in JEE Advanced All India Ranking 2022 credits the famous lines from Allu Arjun Blockbuster Pushpa “Mai Jhukega Nahi” for he was able to maintain his morale.

 

The 18 year old always wanted to pursue his graduation in Engineering. He scored 285 out of 360 in the IIT entrance test. Also he has scored 600 out of 720 in NEET. But he decided to continue his education in engineering with his impressive score in JEE Advanced and is confident of bagging a seat in IIT.

IIT Bombay Computer Science Engineering dream comes true

Even though he would have got into a medical college in Gujarat with his score in NEET, he said that he was not interested in Medical Education and wanted to study engineering. He already has a few offers from Canadian and US universities for their CSE program. He added that he was confident of getting a seat for Computer Science Engineering in his dream college, IIT Bombay.

Pushpa introduced me to the “Mai Jhukega Nahi” attitude

As someone who had always been scoring more than 300 marks in the practice tests, he said he was left surprised after the answer key was released. He said that the paper was really tough and he did not lose morale thanks to the mai jhukega nahi attitude.

Pushpa was his go to film in the stressed time and he used to spend around 40 mins over OTT content during meals. 

 

It is to be noted that he has also won two silver medals in International Chemistry Olympiad 2021 and  2022 and a bronze medal in Asian Physics Olympiad 2022.

 

He thanked Allen Institute for the support and flexibility they provided for NEET, JEE and Olympiad preparations and said that appearing for Olympiads had helped him prepare for JEE and NEET.
