NTA will announce the JEE Main 2023 exam and registration date soon at jeemain.nta.nic.in. Meanwhile, check out the list of the top 10 NITs below!

The NTA is expected to announce the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2023 date next week. Candidates who wish to get admission to the National Institutes of Technology (NIT) have to appear and qualify in the JEE Main 2023 exam. The JEE Main 2023 application form will be available at jeemain.nta.nic.in.

There are 31 NITs in India that offer admission to Btech programs based on the score obtained in the JEE Main 2023 exam. However, admission to BTech Programmes is managed through the JoSAA counseling process, based on AIR rank secured in JEE Main. This process helps to ensure that students are able to get into the program of their choice based on their performance.

JEE Main 2023: Top NITs in India

As per the official rankings of NIRF 2022, NIT Trichy has been ranked 08 in India. The NIT Council is the regulatory body for all NITs. Most of the NITs in India offer degree courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in various branches of Engineering, Architecture, Management, and Science. Here is the list of the top 10 NITs to which students can get admission after clearing JEE Mains 2023 exam:

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will tentatively release the JEE Mains 2023 registration in November 2022 at jeemain.nta.nic.in 2023 notification. To apply for the JEE Main 2023 exam, candidates must submit personal, academic, and contact information and any required documents per specified specifications.

The AILET 2023 admit card will include important information for candidates, such as their roll number and the details of their designated exam center.

National Law University (NLU), Delhi has announced that the AILET 2023 admit card will be issued on November 25, 2022. Candidates who have submitted the application form and completed the fee payment will be able to download their AILET admit card 2023 from the official examination portal of the university – nationallawuniversitydelhi.in.

The university closed the registration window for AILET 2023 on November 20, 2022. The law entrance exam is required for admission to BA LLB, one-year LLM, and Ph.D. programs offered by the university. Candidates who achieve a passing score on AILET 2023 will be offered 110 seats in BA LLB and 70 seats in LLM programs.

Login using the registered username and password
Click on the link given for admit card
The AILET 2023 admit card will be displayed on the screen
Download the admit card in pdf format and save it
Take its printout and carry it to the examination hall

The registration deadline for the IIFT MBA (IB) program is tomorrow. If you’re interested in applying, be sure to check the steps on how to fill out the online application form at iift.nta.nic.in.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the registration window for the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade’s MBA program on November 24, 2022. Candidates who are interested and eligible can apply at IIFT’s official website, iift.nta.nic.in, in online mode.

The previous registration deadline was November 14, which was then extended. The application correction window for IIFT MBA 2023-25 will be open from November 26 to 30.

The entrance exam for the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade’s MBA program will be held on December 18, 2022, as a computer-based test. The duration of the exam will be 120 minutes. Around 80,000 candidates are expected to take the exam.

Candidates who have been allocated seats can accept their seats by logging onto admission.uod.ac.in between November 24 and 26

Delhi University (DU) is set to release the first spot allocation list for admission to 14,000 undergraduate programs in various colleges today. Candidates who have applied for the DU spot round will be able to check the list on the official website – admission.uod.ac.in.

Candidates who are allocated a seat will have between November 24 and 26 to accept it. The last date for online payment of admission fees is November 27.

A total of 26,221 students applied during the spot round for DU UG admission between November 20-22, 2022. On the first day, 14,658 students applied.

Unlike regular rounds of the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS), seats allocated in a spot admission round are final. They cannot be upgraded in any subsequent rounds of spot admission. Admitted students will not be allowed to withdraw their admissions upon announcement of the DU first spot admission for 2022.

The university will release information regarding vacant seats for each program and candidates will only be able to select one. Allocations will be completed based on the availability of seats, program-specific merit, order of preference of college, and category.

In the third round of the CSAS, students were also admitted to all supernumerary quotas, including Extra Curricular Activities (ECA), sports, Children/Widows of Personnel of the Armed Forces (CW), and Kashmiri migrants.

UGC is set to appoint a committee to create the strategy for the translation of textbooks in partnership with the Bharatiya Bhasha Samiti, a panel of specialists working under the Union Ministry of Education

The University Grants Commission (UGC) plans to introduce undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in regional languages across the country. This is part of the Union government’s initiative to incorporate regional languages as a medium of education in both schools and colleges following the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

The UGC is set to appoint a committee to create a strategy for the translation of textbooks in partnership with the Bharatiya Bhasha Samiti, a panel of specialists working under the Union Ministry of Education to promote Indian languages, according to the reports.

M. Jagadesh Kumar, chairperson of the University Grants Commission (UGC), discussed the use of regional languages in universities and colleges and revealed that the proposed committee would start by contacting the authors and publishers of widely used textbooks for the translation process.

He added textbooks are essential elements for the effective use of regional language education and universities would not be able to start offering courses in regional languages without appropriate study materials and textbooks across disciplines.

“The first order of business for the committee is to identify which books of global authors have been used in our colleges and universities for decades and reach out to the well-known publishers and authors to express our intent of translating them into several Indian languages,” Kumar said.

The response from the authors contacted has been positive, and the UGC-appointed committee will also be contacting Indian authors to explore the possibility of translating their books into regional languages.

In the latest notification, the board clearly stated that the class 10, and 12 exams would be held in February and concluded in March. Read on to know more details about the CBSE board exam.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued a circular to the various affiliated schools ahead of releasing the much-awaited date sheet for class 10, and 12 board exams 2023.

In the notification, the board clearly stated that the class 10, and 12 exams would be held in February and concluded in March and thus schools should avoid construction or any other activity which might involve third-party interference between February 15 to May 15, 2023.

The schools will also be required to participate in the evaluation process after the exams are completed. According to the circular, “The schools shall avoid any construction or renovation work in the premises from 15th Feb 2023 to 15th May 2023, to avoid any hindrances during the execution of exams/evaluation related activities.”

The Central Board of Secondary Education is expected to release the date sheet for CBSE classes 10 and 12 in the last week of November 2022. For the current academic year, the board will conduct exams for CBSE classes 10 and 12 in a single term. The date sheet for the CBSE board examination 2022-23 will be available to download from the official website- cbse.gov.in
